How to Submit to the Six Square Jam Exhibition

What size?
We are asking for original works of art in a 6″ x 6″ format (or close to 6″ x 6″). Each piece of art will be sold for $20 to benefit Westville’s local businesses. Kids’ (12 and under) will be sold for $10.

How many may I donate?
You may donate up to six individual pieces of art.

How do I deliver my work?
Send us a photo of your art today! Email to
For the moment, we are accepting the work digitally. If your work sells, we will ask you to deliver it to us at a later date when it is deemed safe. We will then get your work to the buyer who purchased it. 

In what format would you like the digital image of my work?
Take a photo of your work and email it to You may send a jpg or png file. If you use your phone to take the photograph, it would help us if you choose square format and just email it directly to can watch this YouTube video on photographing your work for guidance.

Adults, please Include your name, the title of your work and the medium. 
For kids (12 and under), also include your age and the name of your school. No last names of kids will be displayed or shared.

When will my work be available for purchase?
Once your work is on the website, it is for sale. 

What happens to the unsold art?
We are asking that you voluntarily donate your unsold pieces to WVRA for future use, so please keep all your art in good condition.

Where does the money go?
The funds will be collected by WVRA and added to their Fund for Local Businesses.
